....Matt it seems I wont get an answer regarding why I was jailed from you? I see you answer people who blantantly have violated your rules and others are not?

I don't mind abiding by the rules and have posted to you as I was instructed to do but can't seem to get a response to what was my offense?

I assume no answer means there is no answer and I probably didn't violate any rules and was just Jailed because one of the resident hypsters on FASC doesn't like to be asked to back up his hype.

What happened to fair and balanced?

PS,it's a fact that HYPERS hurt investors (newbies) far worse than so called bashers, but seem to be allowed total and unchallenged free rein on the IHUB boards.

This is my third post and wont be able to post again since I am allowed to post only three times since I haven't upgraded yet. But in seeing how "fair" the rules are makes one not want to pay for such privileges.
