Aug 18-19th is probably when the 14mil was dumped...We are most likely seeing a second dump the past 2 days....We will know in about 8 days...
They need a PR to explain this or we sit here. The only thing saving this stock is that its not 100mil+ dumping like most pinks....well at least yet anyway....
