As a loyal long for a year's time, I remain hopeful that the SWVC boat will stop taking on water and will eventually set sail for tropical shores. It may take years, but that has been my hope.
Unfortunately, my hopefulness is proving to be pure unreasonable optimism. Todays' filings show that the potential conversions amount to 200,445,844,872 common shares. So, the increase of outstanding shares (10B) will not even come close to the need. Dilution will continue until we sit on the ocean floor.
Without some dramatic CODE BLUE jolt, I am sorry to say that SWVC will eventually sink in the ocean of dilution. Plus, based upon a year of past actions/inactions, TS has proven to be incapable or unwilling to patch the hole in the ship. Someone needs to throw him a life preserver so he can save the company. If he is not going to fix it, he needs to sell SWVC and move on NOW!!!!! Maybe someone else with greater ability and sound ethics can help the commoners.
