Well, vianna, I'm happy for your healthy self image, but their ain't gonna be a cash dividend, and the stock dividend will be worthless, restricted, pink sheet crud that will be held "on book". Whenever a non-reporting shell starts talking about dividends it is a 100% certainty that the dividend will be worthless, and that the company is diluting.
