NO dilution now extended to Sept 19th or later ..love it !!!

18 more trading days of NO DILUTION will do wonders for this PPS now that all the PANIC retail is out...

We anticipate that this Information Statement will be mailed on August 29, 2008 to shareholders of record. On or after September 19, 2008, the amendment of the Certificate of Incorporation will be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State and it will become effective.
