So are you insinuating that MDOR is selling stock? I would certainly want to see proof to back any assertions in that direction. Anyways, if the company was selling it's stock on the market, I would think it would have to be reported to the SEC. I have not seen any such filings to date.

There could be several reasons causing the stock to sell-off; MM stock manipulation or maybe some person or entity is shorting the stock.

I'll tell you that I've decided to diss speculating on the unusual share activity and take back what I said in my prior post insinuating that it's MM manipulation. I feel very confident of a breakout soon. This news we are getting is just too good to see this stock wallowing under .50 much longer.
