The MM's should disappear pretty quickly IMO, because with 1 billion shares left to be bought associated with the merger, with no new shares being issued, this should move up fast. Also, with the supposed third party buyer soaking up all the shares associated with the merger, they won't be selling any of those either because they must need a certain number to attain their desired level of control over the stock.
One thing I like is that an email a couple of days ago explained that there was third party buying of newly issued shares. At least that is honest ! Also the TA is ungagged, so maybe this thing really is true.
Still a lotto in my book, but those are a couple of signs they aren't lying.
