*** BS or not? ** what I am looking for: If this is all true and there are 1 billion more to be bought prior to the merger as soup was told (with no more being issued), we should start to see MM's start to fall off the ask and the ask move up.

That will be the signal here, because billions of shares are meant to be tightly held prior to the merger.
