if stemtronics is not registerd with the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH then it can not preform ANY type of stem cell research....fileing a business plan with the state of texas DOES NOT give them the right to do ANY type of stem cell research....

stemtronics is just a paper company to dump more shares on the unsuspecting.
