another buyout "pair" is either LLY-CORT or AMLN-CORT. LLY and CORT have an existing relationship.

One of the largest AMLN investors from the '90s has topped out with 22% of the outstanding shares of CORT. Joe Cook at AMLN is best friends with Allen Anderson at paperboy.

There are also a bunch of cross ties among the BOD's of LLY, AMLN and CORT.
