If a promoter goes thru the classification process of being an IRP, I'm sure they'll push the button on when to disclose/not to.

No reason for them to put a disclosure text/link/etc on a post that they're not being compensated to talk about. I actually hope they are posting on lots of stocks they aren't being paid for.
