I'm back early. Catching up. Oil has everything to do with this company. I have cut and pasted a message from another board...from SB. BC has already stated why he (SB) was dismissed. The trouble is believing what is posted on these boards. But notice the post from once maybe an insider. He specifically states that PBLS is in talks about a multi million dollar oil/diesel deal. Even more, he puts a negative spin on a multi million dollar deal. Why would an insider do that? Me thinking out loud...dismissed! We do own leases! This may not be true or something else might be true...who knows. But this Co is involved in oil.
Where did SB go anyway...I thought he was going to be posting for weeks to come. At least according to his post.

I am new to this board, but rest assured, I will have a big impact. There is far more going on at Phoenix than anyone truly realizes, and I do not mean this in a good way. I know for a fact, that the #### starts from the top. I have heard various names about Paul Alonzo on this board, but he has named himself the teflon Don. Paul has at least 50 lawsuits against him and he thinks that all of the suits against him are false.
I have had hands on experience with this man, and I have never met a more arrogant human in my life. He continues to defraud personal and stock investors along with his wife Carolyn. He tries to tell everyone that she is not part of the business (SCAMS) be I can promise you she knows about everything, while she drives her new S class Mercedes, visits the salon twice a week, and also sends her 2 dogs to the pooch salon.
On the other side of the criminal behavior, is the convicted felon Ron Blackburn. Ron has also stated that he does not know of any wrong doing, however he deposits checks into the corporate acct.s at the local Chase bank. As a convicted FEDERAL criminal, he should know better than to have hands on dealings with the money with the known intent to defraud. I hope that someone on this board knows of any federal agent that can call for an investigation to his fraud activities.
Now Paul and Ron are working with a man by the name of Jeff M. who is supposed to bring in some multi million dollar diesel/oil deals. However, the venture is not done through Phoenix, but through a seperate company named Bayou State Holdings Corporation. This company is based out of the same office as Phoenix, the resources for this venture are paid through the Phoenix operation, and all of the supposed contracts are done through the Phoenix office. This is a federal crime, you cannot use resources from one company to fund another, while not fully disclosing all activities. As well use the funding from a public company to line your own pockets.
As for there so called CFO Dennis Kowalski!!! Dennis tells everyone that he is a CPA. However, what he fails to tell everyone is that he was convicted for filling false tax reports, which means he cannot ever qualify as a CPA.
Than you have the used car salesman in Johnny Zornes. Zornes has brought to Paul every scumbag on the face of the earth, including George Michael Riley. Now Zornes has brought to Phoenix some Russian degenarates into the Phoenix fold for some new scrap metal scam business. This new business was added as another seperate company, but the employees that work for this new scam are Phoenix employees.
There is plenty more to come over the next week. I understand that the Feds are working up a huge case through the Minerals Management Agency for Phoenix failing to make royalty payments with Progas.
I will be an active member of this board sharing whatever I can to stop the teflon don.
