It still appears to me that you are penalizing people that follow the rules instead of those that don't.

And like someone else mentioned, suppose I am paid to post about WXYZ, but not paid to post about ZYXW?

IMO your efforts should be expended on uncovering the paid pumpers that don't disclose.

It's your sandbox though.
