Long time holder (as in V. Simmon, etc), first time poster here. Quick question. I always worry about companies hanging onto "promise" while diluting the share price.

Am I the only one who would rather see an outright sale of the company and take a premium now ("now" being in the next few months)? It seems to me that while there could be a big payday out there, the same posters that don't favor a sale of the company are the same folks always disappointed when news fails to move this company.

I'd rather have something north of $5/share right now, than wait for something a few more years down the road that may or may not happen. This is the brain we're talking about here although a few posters seem to view this as a straight line retail operation.
