If that is correct, then it goes against what has been PR'd. In the last PR, shareholders were informed that a load of shares are bing canceled and that the resulting OS after the restructuring would be 100 million.

If each share in WEHI was converted to 10 shares in the new CO, then that would increase the os, not reduce it. Please clarify, R
