Maddogs, based on your posts you are a smart person, thats for sure. I wish I had your intellectual capacity, oh, on second thought, I am glad not to have it, ever heard of "dumb and happy"?

Anyway I do have a serious question. you post said

"The LTC office will be overworked and understaffed, as I see it"

As a business manager myself, I am aware of all the costs of a running a business, and even more the start up costs of a business unit. LTC is even more expensive as it is scientific, medical, highly regulated, high tech, and employs highly compensated invididuals. I can't imagine the cash burn right now. Eveything is costly; manufactoring, regulatory submissions, legal, travel costs, advertising, not to mention we are full fledged in R & D.

We have not heard of ANY? revenues yet? Now how is CSMG bankrolling this? I don't think they are giving the airline a share of stock for tickets, or paying rent with shares. Is every salary paid with shares of stock?

this goes back to your comment on being understaffed. This is one of the most risky times in a business, not having sufficient capital, where are we getting the money???
I know you or Ninja has said you don't want a buyout for at least 2 years and I agree, the value increase will be exponential soon. I say no buy out ever is best.

I say sell one of the rights to a part of a division. Yes we would get less than a good value but the 10 or 20 million would give the funds needed to propel the balance of the company much faster and better and be more profitable overall. there are so many opportunties for this company, the potential is so vast, a concession now for money would be better overall. What do you think? don't we need start up cash?

Cash is needed Don and Frank will give something to get it! What do you think and please tell me how they are funding things now!
