I am so confused, why would Mike have to issue more shares today to a third party. The PR said 4.9 billion retired leaving only 100 mil approx in new co. TA said 6.3 Billion today, that is 1.4 billion not 100 mil !! We could use some explanation. Seems to be a typical POS otherwise.
