Re: R/S, I think StoxJocky may be right - do the math, how can the company arrive at 100 mil OS without a R/S? Like I said before, I have 5mil shares and I'm sure there are at least 19 other people with that amount or more. That equals or exceeds 100 mil shares with just 20 shareholders. There are likely far more than just 20 shareholders...so how can the company get the OS down to 100 million if they do NOT do a R/S?
