RS...
since this discussion was opened "again"
IMO and many agree, there is a negative stigma attached to a RS... especially w/ GTCB's recent PPS woes. My hope /expectation is a RS will be avoided unless needed for listing or other reasons positive to shareholders, and done as a last resort.


Most here hope (i think) that the PPS continues to rise... and the imperative for a RS is lessened. Bring on the positive news flow / FoB partnership. We live in dynamic times : )
