madapplez- If Santini does give stock dividends, I am sure he will base the 500 Million PRed worth in NAV terms.
I mean as an example he just swapped 6.1 Billion shares of HGLC on July 3 2008(which was trading at .002. for 500 Million Shares of FFGO which was trading for .0001 on July 3rd but his NAV price put FFGO shares higher.
I have trouble seeing FFGO shareholders profiting from that deal.
Can you explain the reasoning why Santini would make such an awful mistake?
