Maybe ,and maybe not but we can at least try..If one of our shareholders was Canadian then they could file Criminal security charges against Select American Transfer and Alcard Chemical at no cost....,they were both registered Canadian companies doing business at the time of the PR (Hackerproof LTD Aquires Alcard Chemical)the OSC knows these 'crooks' very well..my opinion is its a 'Slam Dunk' Lawsuit against Select American Transfer and Alcard Chemicals....
