How about this one:

We are an ocean exploration company. We heard there is treasure out there in the ocean. And lots of it, as a matter of fact. We are going to look for it. As it happens, we are working a few sites where treasure is thought to exist. But it might not. Time will tell. We hope we find the mother load.

Isn't that what we're really talking about. No matter what anyone says in the short term, it all comes back to that. Invest or don't invest based on that.

On a side note: What ever happened to mbarrick? The one who bought a zillion shares?
