I do not understand all this talk about filing fees in nevada,,,be careful what you believe on some posts. that fee that is being put out there is a nominal $130.00 fee,,, which if people did some checking that fee has already been paid,,,, remember this company is in China not in the states.I see a scare tactic to sell,,, so they can grab at the 021 level.the market will take care of itself with this stock,,,not a overdue nominal bill
