i think it's a great event. probably the best thing that ever happened to DPDW thus far imo. when the registration statement is in effect suddenly 57M+ new shares will be freely trading for institutional traders. and all of them are vested at .70, which is a fair amount higher from where we closed today.
what do you think the chances are they might want to protect their stock by buying up all the retail investors they can, and then pushing the stock higher? once 9/4 rolls around, these big fish will own about 80% of the new ~86M float imo. so if they decide to start soaking up shares on the ask it could move very nicely.
