They will have to announce the name of the company when they file with the NASD's daily list (which they have to do before any dividend can be paid through the system). In that filing on the daily list will be the exact deatils of what they will be paying you.

In the case of a stock dividend, the record date and the exdate are pretty much unimportant. Everyone will have to hold the stock through the paydate to collect the dividend as stock dividends trade with a "due bill". In other words, if you sell your stock before the divi is paid, whomever buys it from you will also buy the rights to the distribution.

Who cares anyway? The divi will likely be restricted for three years as has been the case with past Lumb Co. dividends and as was stated to be the case in FFGO's own 8K discussing the dividend.

In addition, there is an agreement with this "Goldco" that states that FFGO can not distribute the stock to its shareholders, so it will likely be held for you "on book" just like the past Lumb Co divis have supposedly been held. This means you won't get it in your account. People are still waiting three years later for past promises of distributions. And the ones he promised distributions to in the UK four years ago have never received them either.
