I agree with you 100%. The problem was the 10Q from 07 & 08 I believe stated their were 49 investors that got th 22.5M shares. When questioning managment on who the 49 people were they could not tell me. They stated it was less than 12-14. The problem about half were controlled by RW and his cronkies.
Now management has no ideal where they are. So they they want to flush them out before they start with good news and earnings so the stock will not be manipulated. Unfortunately we are the ones hurt. It is hurting me so bad that my marriage is shoot. I talked to a lot of people to see if this company was ligit and I felt it was with a good business model. Unfortunately we will find out at the soonest next yr after I am bankuprt and my marriage is gone. All because this management was sitting on their hands until this yr after King and the shareholders were screaming to them to do something about the scammers manipulating the stock. Sad but we probably will not be able to hold out long enough but Holt and his gang will and will make a fortune off their lack of caring when they should have. I think these guys will turn it around if they get the right people and financing but for me I am not sure I can last that long. The old saying the rich get richer at the expense of the working class. That seems how Wall Street works today.
