Its true. This thing is showing some resistance I wish ASFX wold break a penny. I also called Kauderer Group again to verify the debt as non dilutive and they said that they never ever have anything to do with the stock. They are not a broker dealer, they just restructure and finance companies. Nice. That sounds good to me.
