if you already have all of his contact info, who would you rather talk to....someone that has no clue whats going on, or the direct source of all operations with the company? i would go straight to the source....but thats just me.

CEOs are under no obligation to take calls from shareholders. Try giving Steve Jobs a buzz tomorrow.
