they would only do that a couple weeks before they dumped it, they have been filing for months now....the SEC would have caught up with them by now...there is no doubt in my mind.

why would they release a PR today with new numbers and then file an 8-k with the new numbers right after the PR? that is something the SEC would make them do(if they say there are new numbers, they have to file them).
