as for the reason of the "bashers" in the PR...i look at it like stalkers...they send massive amounts of emails, get on any networking site they have (myspace, facebook etc.)

I don't know any "bashers" who bombard companies with emails. Why not? Because they don't believe anything the companies might tell them. But we KNOW that a great many longs have been emailing Alan pretty much nonstop.

and heck...they are probably even being bombarded with phone calls...wouldnt that get a little old to you if it was happening 24 hours a day 7 days a week for months on end?...

Sure would. But Alan invited his shareholders to call, and call they did.

i for one would step out of the spotlight so someone else can deal with the questions better.

Isn't that why he hired an IR firm? And no, if I were a CEO, I wouldn't pay any attention to message board chatter, let alone quit because of it.
