You tell me, I could never quite figure that one out myself.
I did walk up to the courtesy desk and asked that very question, he didn't know why either.
I was going to contact management and ask them, but I figured they would just tell me that they didn't have enough room and blow me off, so I just blew them off first and didn't bother...lol
