I guess if we can believe the "conservative" Vicente Fox, if you have anyone to thank for the slow down in the implementation of the plan to create a North American Union right way, you would have to send your thank-you note to Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. Kind of odd how the reality of things bucks up against the brainwashing people have received from the Neocon press, huh?
