Most of that is due to one time charges. The real reason IMO is for negative growth. If you look at the pro formas you can deduce that we have had to negative growth 2 quarters in a row. It's hard to determine an exact number for the 4th quarter last year for Flotation. They did $11,058,945 for the six months ended 12/31/2007. A rough estimate would be approximately $5.5M in each the 3rd and 4th quarters. That would put revenues at:
