Tech.....all you have to do is check the volume and the corresponding MM activity over the last two weeks to see what has been going on here.
What I have been seeing is the MM's selling shares in the .05+ range on a fairly high volume day a short while ago, and then systematically lowering the bid/ask....due to low selling volume..... to try to get those shares back.
What then happens is the market gets discouraged seeing the backwards movement, and you have what you have now. A little selling per the MM's influence (to make their money) followed by diminishing volume.
It starts with a matter of supply and demand and the MM's seeking to make their money on the buyback, and degenerates from there.
Today is an example of what has been going on for about two weeks. Starts with a bid/ask of .027/.034, and following a whopping 5500 shares traded total (at both prices) quickly moves to .024/.027.
What FASC needs to do is hit them again with some more substantive news.....if they have it in their back pocket.
You don't want to see them reacting to every MM tic, however, either.
