They are not required to file any financials. But as Pinksheets does, they indicate this on Pinksheets.com as Limited Information, Caveat Emptor, etc if they do or do not provide financials.

PFUO/CPSZ has been doing them on a quarterly basis like most companies (Jan-March, April-June, July - Sept, Oct-Dec). It usually takes about a month to month and a half to get the financials out per quarter and sometimes up to 4 months for the annual report.

For CPSZ, it took approximately 2 months for the last financial to come out (Ended in March, financial issued May 23). It may take that amount of time for them to send out April-June quarterly report. I am guessing around August 22-29 it will be issued.

http://pinksheets.com/pink/otcguide/investors_market_tiers.jsp shows what tiers there are for stocks. PFUO/CPSZ was "Pinksheets Current Information" before the mistake on issuing the SEC form to Pinksheets. Once they clear that up, they will be back to Pinksheets Current Information. IMHO
