my guess is that they made the revisions about the same time the private placement took place and what better way for a bunch of newly invested institutional investors who just so happen to own 40 million dollars in dpdw stock to celebrate, than to have a big ole we smashed the analysts expectations party! (JMHO)
but if their is one thing i know big money has big money for a reason -lol and they are not very partial to losing it, so for all these funds to be invested in an otc penny stock holds a ton of credibility for the management team of dpdw.
imo the confidence levels of dpdw investors should be at an all time high given the results we have seen over the last year and half
