Not to be crass, but if DR (as the only analyst) lowers it's expectations, and the Q surpasses those numbers, then it has "beaten the Street's expectations" and will get a lot of attention for that.

Perhaps that's why DR put out there numbers today.

Headline tomorrow?: "DPDW Beats Expectations"
