late 10Q filing yesterday. Scroll down and a brief I/L statement appears. postive EPS for Q2 on reduced liabilities...

Looks like they were able to reduce liabilities by: Gain on forgiveness of debt 2,378,026

Revenues for Q2 were 26,000. We have at least doubled that revenue number in Q3.

The only question is how many more shares are they willing to dilute in the triple zero's.
