Hey Rex,

I was looking at a cycle turn scheduled for the 17th, although I have heard others call for the 19th and 21st. I touched on this with an outlook for the coming week at Post# 731. As for Oil prices and the market in general, you could very well be right... I think the seasonality thing started earlier than usual and it is just the oil magnates having their way with us during an election year, using all of the general rhetoric as a reason to spike prices earlier than usual. We have been working our way towards $40 a barrel for months now.
