Interesting comment you made, Fein. Getting out of the BK as an operating entity (a company but smaller) can be done. They have to pay Laurus the principal plus the interest which I believe is another 30%. So the difference really is that pesky 30%.

Transfer the original loan to a new lender who won't want an arm and a leg (maybe only up to the elbow or knee), pay off the 30% and the company is home.
