I still have not gotten these questions answered.......

What caused the PPS to decrease, the cash debt to stock conversions or the stock manipulation............

Oh never mind, here is my answer......

However, at the same time, the acquiring company obtains all of the assets and liabilities of the target firm, thus approximately neutralizing the effects of the dilution.

So what happens in the LONG TERM.......

the current shareholders will gain in the long run from the additional appreciation provided by the assets of the target company.

The facts are again made clear, it is MANIPULATION that has caused the PPS to drop.
