They had to issue 20 billion new shares so they can acquire two new companies. It was a stock-for-stock transaction. What is the point of issuing new shares or even going out and acquiring new subsidaries, why not keep issuing stupid, lying Pr's and reverse splitting; that has happened only in the past and not since Ive been with the company. (approx 6 months), sitting comfortably with patience this will move, and the day it does, I will be right here.
