again i'm no chartist
but it was evident to
me after the first week
of april .. that everything
had changed .. hint hint>

so yep .. i won't argue if
aero diluted shares .. all
companies at this level do

it's a fact of life

the question always becomes
what is the money used for

well i can tell you based on
channel checks .. i would suspect
almost all money is going to
smoothing out the inventory channels

again .. basics here

a company doesn't go from primarily coming
to market thru low vol indy dealers to
regional distributors and auto warehouse
distributors without some adjustments

that is why i'm looking forward to aero's
true yoy comps .. feb of 09
