It is our mission to assist the world in its endeavor to use Alternative Energy and Domestic Renewable Resources for the benefit of our future economic and environmental condition by reducing our Carbon Footprints and dependency on foreign oil.
· XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. is advancing with DigiFlex™, the next generation E85 Flex-Fuel Conversion Technology that will allow us to have a greater impact on the Alternative Energy Movement that is in keeping with our mission statement and allow us to expand rapidly on a global basis with higher profit margins.
· During a recent trip to Thailand we met with representatives of Volvo, Toyota, BMW, Audi, Citroen and Volkswagen and are working on a plan to convert their factory vehicles into Flex-Fuel vehicles using the DigiFlex™. DigiFlex has passed testing by an engineering firm for the Thailand Department of Transportation and will be ready to launch in time for their October release of E85 around the country.
· We have entered into a letter of intent to purchase the advanced E85 Flex-Fuel Conversion Technology that will allow us to pass both CARB and EPA testing.
· XcelPlus International, Inc. is transitioning to become the Manufacturing, Distribution and Marketing Division of XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. Our product line currently consists of Lubrilon, DigiFlex, and Alternative Fuels Group. We are working on making these products available to the public on a global scale through Retailers, XcelPlus Asia Pacific, XcelPlus Global Alternative Energy Centers, E85 Flex-Lube Centers and through our XcelPlus Dealers and Distributors.
· BioLeneTM is part of our Alternative Fuels Group and is currently in our R&D department. BioLeneTM, fuel made from BioDiesel and a propriety additive blend, will operate in normal spark ignited gasoline engines.
· DiesenolTM is part of our Alternative Fuels Group and is derived from ethanol and a propriety additive blend for use in diesel engines. DiesenolTM has the potential to significantly reduce the consumption of petroleum diesel fuels on a global scale. DiesenolTM is blended in three ratios; DE95, DE85 and DE25. · As part of our Waste 2 Energy Solution, XcelPlus Global Holdings has an interest in an abandoned synthesis gas (syngas) facility, which has the ability to convert waste into syngas. This facility is an ideal site to convert syngas into ethanol using XcelPlus Global Holdings’ single pass catalyst E-Kat™.
· E-Kat™ is part of our Waste 2 Energy Solution. It is our proprietary catalyst used in generating ethanol from syngas. E-Kat™ bridges the gap between ethanol production from food sources, such as corn and sugar cane, to using waste materials that would otherwise end up in landfills and oceans. Testing will begin in the Fall of 2008.
· GlyClene ™ is part of our Waste 2 Energy Solution and was recently developed as a new fuel for turbine engines. The fuel is made from glycerin a byproduct of BioDiesel production. GlyClene™ can offset petroleum drilling, refining and emissions by over 160,000,000 gallons here in the US alone and an even more staggering number when taken globally. Testing will start this year in Minnesota at a university there in a Capstone micro-turbine.
· XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. is researching the benefits of launching XcelPlus Alternative Energy Centers. These centers could be opened across the country offering hands on training, experience and seminars to the public and clarify information for individual consumers and fleet owners on alternative energy and renewable fuels technologies and manufacturing processes.
· Lubrilon has seen a significant rise in sales this year due to the worldwide rise in fuel prices and global awareness of the impact we are having on our environment. As stated in numerous governmental and independent agency tests, the use of Lubrilon can decrease the amount of harmful carbon dust emissions and reduce fuel consumption by approximately 100 million barrels of fuel saved annually.
· We have had informative meetings with the staffs of Senator Obama, Senator McCain, and Senator Martinez from Florida. We have also met with a number of other governors and leadership personnel across the country informing them of the upcoming technological changes available that will bridge the gap between the petroleum era we are leaving and the cleaner, brighter future we are all facing. XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. is now in a position to prepare and fund this vehicle and to forge ahead with our Global Mission.
