I have looked at Costa Rica, it's a lovely place. I just don't think that I would be comfortable in a land that is almost an island.

I am also a cold weather kind of person anyway, anything above 85 degrees and I am not a happy camper. lol

I have some acquaintences that live there and they love it. They've been down there for about 5 years or so now.
