The burning of demo debris and the burning of household garbage shoud be legal when it is used as fuel in a modern WTE plant. Politicians are opposed because they lack knowledge of the new technologies. Currently demo debris is being burned in NH with zero emission controls...in the wood stoves and wood boilers of residential homes. And this practice will increase as heating oil prices soar.
