Yes I am negative but you see things where nothing is to be seen. Your example sounds good but is totally illogical.
This whole scenario you described could be done much easier. Just tell the financier to give some money directly to SPZI. Why make it so difficult? SPZI sell shares which the financier buys and then gets money from SPZI as soon as they can rebuy these shares. There would be more than enough people to lend some money to SPZI if they would have a big contract in sight. Pay back 110% of the money and everything is fine.
