eruc elected Cinergy Health. they too are focused on the un-insured via limited benefit plans and discount medical plan organizations (DMPO). both have limited value as long as they are priced right and FULLY DISCLOSED to the buyer.

DMPOs are not insurance products per se. and limited medical benefit plans are not substitutes for group, individual or comprehensive/major medical coverage.

a lot of negative buzz around both for lack of clarity here.

yet, the cinergy plan for ERUC could hold some "channeling promise" to their centers if the contract is structured properly and they sell memberships/policies in the target ERUC service areas, imo.
