Oh yes, I wanted to say float instead of restricted. I'm starting to feel dizzy from all of these numbers LOL
If somehow they managed to lift the restriction of 255 mil shares and add them to the float with a slight change in OS. But that's just another IF, we don't know what's really going on with share structure and which numbers are accurate as of this moment. Hope that financial report put the issue in the limelight.
