The technology is owned by One-Fi. Can someone tell me what Road Wings bring to the table. They have agreed to purchase up to 40 % of One-Fi. Does Road Wings have any other assets or special skills in this area that will help One-Fi do things which it cannot do itself? Will One-Fi consider going public themselves? How will revenues of Road Wings be reported? Will it be simply 40% of the revenues of One-Fi?
